El hotel esta muy agradable, limpio, el personal es amable, nos orientaron en el destino, muy economico, pague 400 por dia por una habitacion para mi esposo y para mi , para el precio esta muy bien, te limpian el cuarto todos los dias, podemos salir a la hora que sea siempre hay atencion, el aire enfria bien y no te lo quitan como en varios hotelitos
Ambiente familiar muy agradable. A pesar de encontrarse en una calle transitada muy tranquilo. Los administradores cuidan la sana distancia y siempre portan su cubrebocas.

Un excelente hotel para pasar un excelente fin de semana en cualquier fecha vacacional. Buena ubicación, a metros de la playa, un Oxxo que está a las 24/7 y sobre todo el personal muy amable dentro del establecimiento. Cuartos limpios dentro del aseo, sabanas y toallas limpias, recomendado 100% el hotel “De los Arcos”

El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor, tiene piscina y está limpia. No tienen buena recepción de Wifi. El baño y sábanas se ven limpias y no presentaban malos olores. La regadera si tiene agua caliente solo que al menos nuestro cuarto tenía una fuga en el lavabo. La televisión es antigua y la que nos tocó no le funcionaban los botones así que nunca pude subirle el volumen. Está ubicado en una buena zona, cerca a la playa pública. A dos cuadras hay un Oxxo 24/7. El personal es amable y en sí es económico, no está mal para pasar una o dos noches.
Un hotel de tres estrellas muy bien establecido y en excelente lugar donde lo puedes identificar rápidamente en Zihuatanejo, con buenos costos de sus habitaciones y los servicio básicos de su categoría, también tiene alberca estacionamiento exclusivo para aotomoviles e internet, excelente atención de todo su personal y algo muy agradable es que está muy limpio, lo recomiendo y los invito a qué vengan a conocerlo
